Warranty Registration Form

This form must be filled out completely and a copy of the original bill of sale must accompany the paper form. You can return all documents in the bag attached to your unit. We also recommend that you either fax a copy or fill-in the online version just in case the paperwork gets lost while shipping your core back to us.

Buyer MUST submit attached Warranty Registration Form to CORE return within 20 days of purchase or warranty will be VOID. If Warranty Registration is done online, Buyer must return CORE within 30 days of purchase or warracnty will VOID. Buyer also acknowledges that regular scheduled maintenance must be performed on the purchased unit. NAPC reserves the right to request maintenance records on the purchased unit to validate warranty.
