A New Level of Manufacturing

With all NAPC differentials detail and workmanship are taken to a higher level. Like our other units, our process demands attention. It all begins with a complete tear down of the unit. Each part is then meticulously cleaned and inspected. Only after each part is inspected and passes our scrutinizing judgment will existing parts be reused. Other wise new parts are installed.

Parts such as axles and housings may be replaced if they are deemed unsatisfactory. Otherwise, each unit is remanufactured with a new crown & pinion, bearing kit and seals. The unit’s pattern is checked and the backlash is set. To top it off each unit is then signature painted to look showroom ready.
